I am totally excited about the new chef Daniel Schröder! Dear Kuno 1408 team, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful evening. My vegetarian menu was absolutely amazing. It was so delicious that the plates went back to the kitchen completely empty. I am totally excited about the new chef Daniel Schröder. After he personally comes to the table, I am now not only enthusiastic about his culinary art, but also about his personable manner. The service staff were so personable that you felt totally comfortable as a guest. Many thanks to all of you and see you soon.

Very tasty menu that was very pleasantly surprising. The only drop of melancholy from the pikeperch, which I thought was a little too salty. I was curious about the deer, which is very, very well presented and tastes very well harmonized. It was a very nice evening, the staff very accommodating and looked after us well. Thanks again.

Whoever rated this fantastic gourmet restaurant badly, should not have come here in the first place. If you want to be part of something bigger than just a plain dish, get excited for something you might never forget. I’m a good eater myself and I never went home in need for more food. Been here to many occasions, even at New Year’s, it has been delightful every time. The service is extraordinary, every dish is explained - even in English - and the wine offered is a matter for itself I can’t get into now or it’ll take too long to read. I’m sure to come back and get some more of this awesomeness. Chapeau, with best regards.

We were there for our anniversary and are very excited. My wife is pregnant and she was immediately told what she can not eat and what is exchanged for her with what dish. We found that very attentive! As an exile in the home I also found the dialect quite pleasant. The food was very good. Beautifully prepared and with many contrasts in salty and sweet, firm and soft, warm and cold, fluid and firm.

My husband and I find the restaurant suitable for all events - whether with a buddy, friends or relatives. The taste is very much a treat here. The portions are an appealing and satisfying dimension. It is always nice and we had a great evening there. Promter and friendly service. I think the whole local staff did a great job there.

It is really exceptional and delicious. Great staff, the top wines to recommend. 5 courses are actually 7.

The Kuno 1408 has given us a really great evening. Both the service and the 5-course menu were excellent! We would like to come again.

Sumptuous food. Was there with my dad and it was fabulous. The waiter was always polite and at our disposal. Knew all the dishes very well. The kitchen has very young staff with huge talent. I definitely recommend it!

Were there today. Service 5 star ambience 3 kitchen 3 partly really good courses but not everything. Toilets hotel further away well, paper ton full up. Otherwise very clean. Facility Kuno is missing something in my opinion you can argue. Plates are not pretty. Simple way for better my opinion. Gears missing saturation Supplement partly, 5 courses Should one Actually be full. Unfortunately not. Pity At some point a second try, but not for the moment. I would like to thank the cellars for his efforts. He tried everything to make the evening comfortable, and much more. 5 stars ? ???? plus. You do not win the Würzburg. It was an evening full of taste surprises, the food was just perfect, the ambience so cozy, because you do not want to go anymore and the staff are extremely friendly, attentive and motivated, because you realize that all have fun in their job. We will be back definitely .

Whenever we are in the KUNO 1408 guests, we ask ourselves what more overwhelmed us: the exceptionally good food, the perfect matching wines or the attentive and competent service. We were on Saturday, 26.1.2019 with 5 people in KUNO 1408th Some of us chose the menu "pure franc", some for the menu "cosmopolitan franc". Everyone was thrilled. We recommend!

The food is tasty and extremely good from the presentation. The service is great and very attentive. You feel well and well advised.

Wonderful place to spend a few hours and indulge in culinary delights

We had made a reservation for 6 people 3 weeks beforehand on our own hotel website, with confirmation. On the evening of the planned meal we stood there and didn't even get a table because the restaurant couldn't find a reservation and it had obviously wasted it! No attempt was made to keep our reservation! This was a birthday redemption to our nieces! We were ashamed to lead our nieces to such a place! Never again !

After having had a wonderful evening at the Kuno two years ago, a repeat was recently announced. And it was fantastic again. The concept of creative Franconian cooking works great. However, you also have to want to get involved with flavors and unusual ingredients and combinations - fine cuisine for advanced users, so to speak. Anyone who likes to experiment will not be disappointed.

Kuno 1408. The service, the place and the menu are exquisite. The blend of avant-garde techniques with Franconian flavors make it authentic. A Michelin star that we hope to keep for a long time. To fully enjoy the flavors of Würzburg I recommend 100% the menu accompanied by the wines.
